- Initial consultation with client to define needs, wants, aesthetics and scope of work to be done

- Research design concepts and develop design plan for the project

BUDGET & ESTIMATES

- Develop a budget & estimates for client based on needs and wants for the project

SPACE PLANNING &/OR REDESIGN

- Take pictures and measure existing furniture, art &/or accessories to be used, if needed

- Provide floor plans, elevations, cabinet designs &/or lighting plans

- ReDesign consultation & concepts

SPECIFICATIONS & ORDERS

- Select & purchase all needed materials for the project. I.E. – Furniture, artwork, lighting, accessories, rugs, paint, hard surfaces, window treatments, bedding, re-upholstery, custom work and misc.

- Follow-ups on orders, sample and vendors &/or sub-contractors to keep project on schedule

SCHEDULING, FOLLOW-UPS & INSTALL

- Schedule all necessary vendors, sub-contractors, delivery and installers

- Follow-ups on orders, sample and vendors &/or sub-contractors to keep project on schedule

- Oversee installers & delivery
